I also share your reticence for extemporaneous speaking (for the reasons you offer here). That is why I have learned to manuscript my comments and then deliver them as "personally" as I am able. I pray the Spirit of God will infuse my writing as to make my "prepared remarks" extemporaneous to the audience who will be listening at some point in the future.
